┃From booking to shooting

Q1. What should I do when making a reservation?

A. Please let us know your desired date and time and photographer via the inquiry form or by phone.
A staff member will contact you and your reservation will be complete once the date, location and photographer have been confirmed.

Q2. How many days in advance should I make a reservation?

A. It depends on the photographer. If the schedule is open, you may be able to make a reservation up until the day before.
Once you have decided on the photographer you would like to use, please contact us. Please note that same-day reservations are not possible.

Q3. How many people can be photographed?

​A. 何人までの制限はございません。ただ、撮影時間と納品枚数は同じですので、1人当たりの写真の枚数が少なくなる可能性がございます。用途や場所によってもおすすめの人数が変わってきますので、一度ご相談いただければと思います。

┃About fees and payment

Q4. How much does it cost?

A. It starts from 22,000 yen for 30 minutes. It depends on the photographer and the location, so we will ask you a question through the inquiry form and give you a quote.

Q5. What is the payment method?

​A. 当日現金またはクレジットカードでのお支払いになります。

Q6. Can the event be postponed in case of bad weather such as rain?

A. Yes, it is possible to postpone the event. Please consult with our staff by the day before and decide whether to go ahead with the event or postpone it.
Please note that cancellations cannot be made on the day.

​Q7. 申込後の変更・キャンセルはできますか？　

A. You can cancel up to one week before the shoot. The shoot date cannot be changed, so if you need to change the date, please cancel and reschedule.

Q8. When and how will the photos be delivered?

A. The online data will be delivered approximately 1-2 weeks after the shoot.
